General FAQ

Q. What are your services?
A. We are a full-service travel agency. This means two things: Firstly, that we are not only available online or over the phone, but also have an office that you are welcome to visit anytime for a more personal face-to-face travel planning experience. And secondly, it means that we don’t only offer cruses or only offer honeymoons, we offer any and every vacation type that you can imagine. All vacations we plan are custom created specifically to your wants and needs.

Q. How much do your services cost?
A. There is no fee! We are paid by our vendors because we are using their businesses. This is a win-win-win for everyone!

Q. Do you offer payment plans?
A. Generally you must pay a deposit to book, and then have a final payment date closer to your travel dates*. Between booking and final payment, you can make payments at any interval that is convenient to you. *Special cases happen that may not work this way, consult your travel agent about your specific plans.

Q. What are standard luggage sizes?
