Lorraine was top notch from start to finish,made me feel at ease from start to finish. I am not a frequent flyer and flying has changed a lot, no more just walking up to the plane getting oo and go. I went through two of the busiest air ports in the country. She planned it very well and I had plenty of time to get to my terminals to make it easier. I did not need it but it's nice knowing you have a twenty four hour number to call for help if any cancellations,delays or rerouting. Harpreet was absolutely fantastic! I knew from the moment we meet with her, that she would be able to help me & my husband have the best honeymoon in Hawaii. She set up flights, hotels, and she even helped us plan excursions (sunset boat tour of the Na Pali Coast & full day Big Island tour) on a last-minute notice. She helped us stay within budget & helped us achieve everything we could have wanted out of our honeymoon. Everything went off without a hitch & she continued to check up on us to make sure we were having a great time. Went to Edgertons to get tickets to visit our grandson in Denver, they are always very professional and do an exceptional job booking flights with all the connections. Within a short time, I received an email from Harpreet Kaur introducing herself and wanting to chat about our planning our trip. She listened to us, tweaked our itinerary serveral times to accomodate us and we couldn't be happier with the results. She not only does a great job connecting and communicating, but she does her best to make sure our expectations are met. We went to Harpreet Kaur to plan a recent trip we took to CA. and she surely did not disappoint. She listened, explored, and comforted, presenting options and ideas for making flights more "user friendly." She found us the best options, discussed the negatives and positives of each, and locked in the most logical after much discussion. Even after that, when a better connection became available, she contacted us and changed the itinerary to better suit us. She also continually sent updates right up to the time we were leaving. And once when I called with a few questions, she was available and knowledgeable with answers. I felt when leaving that if I needed to contact her while gone, she would be there to help. She is really approachable and kind, and an exceedingly good travel agent. I will go to her again when I need airline tickets and know she will do her best for us.

Harpreet helped us make a reservation on the Amtrak California Zephyr. It was difficult because we wanted a Bedroom for us and a Roomette for our daughter, in the same car. Since we had more than one possible travel date, she helped us find the date that saved us the most money. Initially, the Amtrak agent had us in two different train cars. Harpreet was able to work with the Amtrak agent to get the reservation changed to put us in a Bedroom and our daughter in a Roomette in the same car. Harpreet got us the cheapest fares on a date we preferred and in the same car. She has a friendly demeanor and is quite knowledgeable about the ins and outs of travel. Edgerton should be proud to have an employee like Harpreet.

I booked 5 days in Munich, Germany with Christie Jordan and the whole trip was amazing! I clearly planned out what I wanted to do and she made it happen. As a huge soccer fan and car lover I toured the Allianz Arena and BMW Welt/Museum. All of my private transfers were taken care of and no problems with airfare. I highly recommend Christie and Edgerton to help relieve travel stress and make your vacation unforgettable!

If 5 stars is the highest rating you can give a person, I give Jessica at Edgerton Travel 5 STARS! My son wanted to travel to Japan for 21 days. We went to Edgerton Travel and spoke to Jessica. OMG! She was planning on traveling to Japan the week before my son was. She was quick to put my mind at ease. She booked a non-stop flight from Chicago to Japan and back home and used a tour company with whom my son could contact if the need arose. My son made some changes to the proposed travel itinerary and she was happy to oblige. When she was all finished, she presented him with a beautiful itinerary which had hotel information, tourist attractions and how to get to each area. She was even kind enough to give me a copy as well. During my son’s last few days, he wanted to stay a little longer in one area than was planned. Jessica helped him make the changes to his hotel stays. Upon his flight back, Jessica even sent me a personal message to let me know that his flight was coming in on time.

We came to Edgerton Travel to book some tickets for an upcoming trip to India. Harpreet was about to go out on her lunch hour but there was no one else in the office, so she very sweetly stayed to help us. The trip was rather complicated and she worked very hard to accommodate us in every way she could. She even made a phone call to check on some information. In the end we were very happy with our booking. Unfortunately I don't think she every got to eat lunch!

Our trip through the West was so stress free to the the hard work of Jessica C. We took three grown grandchildren on a eight day trip to visit the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone, and several other places. Jessica planned the trip....including how long to get to each place, how much gas, reserved places to stay, and the cost for each of us for the trip! Jessica made it totally stress free! Definitely will use her for our next trip! Also while out of the country with a group, I lost all my credit cards and driver's license. I called her, and she took care of notifying the companies of the lost cards, and I continued my trip knowing she had thing under control for me. We have dealt with Edgerton Travel now for many years. This year I asked Christie Jordan here in Ft Wayne to set up dates, Hotel & Air for 8 days in Seattle. She put us in the Hyatt at the Space Needle & it was excellent! We were able to take in the whole Space Needle Park. Chihuly Glass Garden. A day trip to Mt. Ranier. Christie did an awesome job on this trip for us, so we also Booked a Broadway play in NYC for late Oct. We will be staying Right at Times Square. Christie has been & will be our go to person for many future trips. She is prof. & prompt at follow up!!

Edgerton Travel has been the resource to allow us to have some of the BEST trips we have had in our lives. We have traveled with the BEST Tour managers that can be had. Jacci and Val are very experienced and make the trips extra enjoyable and look our for our best interests and arranges some of the 'extras' that only the 'locals' know about. We have seen the sights in New Zealand, Australia, Iceland & Norway, along with Canadian Rockies, & US National parks. Jessica in the office takes care of all the required paperwork to make the trips go off as planned with great success.

Change the Old Bus Company Commercial to: "Let Edgerton's do the driving and so much more." After a number of Edgerton trips, we enjoy letting someone else handle the luggage, plan the meals, drive the bus, plane or train, and we just "ENJOY." Having a couple dates on the trip that allows for multi-night stays in one place also gives more time to "relax" and that really adds to the trip. Making new friends and checking off places from your "bucket list" just makes life enjoyable. This trip to the Pacific Northwest was another great trip for us and we look forward to more trips.
